Shorter sleep and later bedtimes are linked to potentially harmful functional changes to parts of the brain important for coping with stress and controlling negative emotions, our recently published research found. Faculty, staff invited to participate in CSU brain research study

The study uses functional near infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS), a light-based technique for measuring blood flow.

CSU employees sought for workstation study by Department of Psychology

Summer experimental sessions will be held from July 1 to Aug. 18, and those who complete it will receive a $20 gift card.
